If you are using an older version of AIS (AIV) You can simply download the updated version from our website https://www.aivhub.com/download we strongly suggest to keep your repository backed up all the time. Please note that AIS versions prior to version 3 cannot be upgrade and you will require side by side installation and manual migration.

Active Intelligence Visualization supports virtually any data source, In case you can’t find the data source your company uses, please contact support at support@aivhub.com to find out how you can connect to your desired data source to the AIV
Each installation is considered to be a fresh installation, however you can access AIV virtually from anywhere in the world and from any device i.e. Laptop, Tablet, Smart Phone. As long you have access rights to that machine and are in the same network.
Active intelligence help is available online at alternatively help can be accessed in the server itself by clicking the ? Icon in AIV application.
