If you are using an older version of AIS (AIV), there are two options you can upgrade to the latest version of AIV: 1. Make a request to support@aivhub.com 2. You can simply download the updated version from our website https://www.aivhub.com/download we strongly suggest to keep your repository backed up all the time. Please note that AIS versions prior to version 3 cannot be upgrade and you will require side by side installation and manual migration.

Active Intelligence Visualization recommended system configuration includes: Hardware requirements: • Operating System - Windows, Linux, Unix, Mac • RAM- Minimum 4 GB (8+ GB Recommended) • Disk Space- 10 GB of free disk space (additional space is required for repository and log folder) Software requirements: • Java: 8 • Metadata Database - MySQL 5.5+, Oracle 11+, PostGreSql 9.1+ • Browsers - Firefox 25+, Chrome 30+, Safari 9.0+, IE 11+ • Application Server - Apache Tomcat 8.x
Each installation in any machine is considered to be a fresh installation, however you can access your machine virtually from anywhere in the world and from any device i.e. Laptop, Tablet, Smart Phone. As long you have privileges to access the machine.
